Akeycap is a curated boutique for premium keyboard keycaps.
We carefully select metal keycaps and refined designs that bring personality, taste, and balance to every keyboard setup. From titanium hand-engraved keycaps to distinctive pieces for daily use, each item is chosen for its quality, character, and unique visual appeal.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is available on orders over $59.
3、Do I need to pay the customs duty?
In most cases, the amount you pay at checkout is the final amount for your order.
4、Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order without creating an account. We’ll send your order details by email. Creating an account is optional, but it makes it easier to track shipments and review your order history.
5、How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on your location. Orders to Europe and the US usually arrive within 7–15 business days, while other international deliveries may take 7–20 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll be able to track it on Akeycap.
6、What to do if no Email notification after placing an order?
We’ll send a shipping notification by email once your order is dispatched. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder first. Also, make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct. If it needs to be updated, please contact us and we’ll help.
7、Why am I getting multiple package shipping notices?
If your order contains several items, we may split it into multiple packages to help keep items safe during transit and improve customs handling. We’ll keep an eye on the shipment status and make sure your order is delivered properly.
8、If an order has both pre sale and in stock items, how are they shipped?
In-stock items are usually shipped first, while pre-sale items will be shipped according to the promised schedule. If needed, your order may be split into separate shipments so you can receive available items sooner.

For faster returns or exchanges, email us immediately at service@akeycap.com with your order number, contact information, and photos of the damage (if applicable). Please keep the item and packaging until the issue is resolved.
