Akeycap Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Akeycap. We aim to provide reliable global shipping for all our keyboard enthusiasts. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms.

1. FULFILLMENT & ORIGIN

All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Mainland China.

  • Processing Time: For in-stock items, please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and packaging before shipment.

  • Group Buy (GB) / Pre-orders: Please refer to the specific product page for estimated shipping timelines.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY

We primarily use international dedicated lines (e.g., YunExpress) to balance speed and cost.

  • North America (USA, Canada): 8 - 15 business days.

  • Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.): 7 - 12 business days.

  • Oceania (Australia, New Zealand): 10 - 15 business days.

  • Asia: 5 - 10 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 15 - 25 business days. Please note that these are estimates and can be affected by customs clearance, holidays, or extreme weather.

3. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. The final shipping fee will be displayed at the Checkout page before you complete your purchase.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Keycap Trading Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. * All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

  • Most small parcels (like single keycap sets) often fall under the "De Minimis" threshold in many countries, but we recommend checking your local customs policy.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information usually becomes active within 24-48 hours. You can track your parcel on our site or via [17track.net].

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an undeliverable address or failure to pay customs, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

7. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office first.

If the package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us at support@akeycap.com within 7 days of delivery.
